Fluorescent colors are transparent and they should be applied over light colors for best results. The greatest intensity of color can be achieved by working over a bright white surface. GOLDEN Fluorescent Colors should be used by themselves to achieve maximum vibrancy. If you do wish to blend, various gels and mediums can create a variety of effects, however, blending with non-fluorescent acrylic colors or matte mediums tends to decrease the fluorescent color intensity.
