In Store Returns and Exchanges Regular stock items purchased in store and in salable condition (unused, packaging intact) returned within 60 days of purchase will receive a full refund to the original payment method with receipt.
Without a receipt, the refund will be in the form of store credit and is accepted on a case by case basis.
School kits must be returned entirely intact for refund.
Special Order items may not be eligible for return and refund. This is assessed on a case by case basis and a 25% restocking fee may be charged.
Photo supplies and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Online Orders Return Policy Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping errors made by Art Coop or product damaged in shipping are the responsibility of Art Coop; in correcting the error, no further shipping charges will be assessed, unless the customer adds product to the original order.
If the customer has made an error in ordering or wishes to return the products, they are responsible for shipping and must return the product in saleable condition to Art Coop (within 60 days of receipt) before credit can be issued. In the cases of customer error or choice to return, Art Coop can arrange shipping for the customer, but the customer is responsible for payment of the additional shipping. Some items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

School kits are custom made items and are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.
Sheet paper in salable condition returned within 60 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee and 25% after 60 days.
