How do I get my order?
At checkout, you can choose shipping (price calculated at checkout) or free in-store pickup at our location in the Lincoln Square Mall in Urbana.
What's your return policy?
If you have any issues with something you ordered, feel free to send us an e-mail, message on Instagram or Facebook, or give us a call. Most of our items are returnable or exchangeable as long as they are still unused and in sale condition. We ask that you make returns within 30 days of purchasing with a receipt. Darkroom supplies, kits, and sale items are not eligible for return.
I don't see what I want on your website, is it in stock?
